Deliverables: 

• File notes summarising planning rules / procurement options relevant to the architectural project.
• Letters to your client to provide recommendations relative to planning pathways / procurement options for the architectural project.
• Working drawings, written specifications, and progress sketches for the architectural project. Please note: a full set of working drawings will not be required for this course. You will instead be asked for specific drawings with a focus on quality over quantity. 
• Designing with Legislation / Communicating with your Client
• Contract Documents & the Communication of Design Intent
